Projects

Projects are nested under organizations. To view the current project, go to the top-level navigation and click on your organization's name.

To view a list of available projects, go to Organization > Projects.

The Projects view lists all organization projects in cards displaying:

  • Project name

  • Timestamp created

  • Your membership status

Each card has an Actions menu in the top right corner with the following functions:

  • Manage Members

  • Rename

  • Delete

Managing Projects

To create a project, go to Organization > Create New Project.

To rename a project, go to Organization > right-click on the [Project] Actions menu > Rename.

To delete a project, go to Organization > right-click on the [Project] Actions menu > Delete.

Manage Project Users

Project admins create and manage project users.

You can manage project users from the Projects view under Organization or from User Management > Users.

To add a new project member, go to:

  • Organization > right-click on the [Project] menu > Manage Members > Add User, or

  • Organization > Projects > [Project] > User Management> Users > Add User.

To remove a project member, go to:

  • Organization > right-click on the [Project] menu > Manage Members > right-click on a [Member] Actions menu > Delete, or

  • Organization > Projects > [Project] > User Management> Users > right-click on the User Actions menu > Delete.

Manage Project Admins

Organization admins create and manage project admins.

You can manage project admins from the Projects view under Organization Projects view or from User Management > Users.

To make a project user an admin, go to

  • Organization > right-click on the [Project] menu > Manage Members > right-click on [Member] Actions menu > Add Admin, or

  • Organization > Projects > [Project] > User Management> Users > right-click on the User Actions menu > Add Admin.

To remove admin privileges from a project user, go to:

  • Organization > right-click on the [Project] menu > Manage Members > right-click on [Member] Actions menu > Remove Admin, or

  • Organization > Projects > [Project] > User Management> Users > right-click on the User Actions menu > Remove Admin.
